Darren J. DeMartino (President & COO) and David E. Goodwin, Jr. (CEO), co-founded Advanced Technology Consulting, Inc. (ATC) in 1999. Launching ATC was a natural progression for DeMartino and Goodwin who met in 1994 and developed broad and deep expertise during successful tenures as executive account managers for Cable & Wireless, USA. Their areas of expertise encompassed acquiring new business customers for voice, data and Internet services, as well as supporting and retaining those same customers.

Before earning executive sales posts at Cable & Wireless, DeMartino and Goodwin each progressed through the company’s sales organization through successive promotions, earning national awards and recognition for their contributions, sales performances and accomplishments along the way.

Darren J. DeMartino Prior to his eight-year tenure with Cable & Wireless, DeMartino served at MCI where his experience as an award-winning sales representative in the office products industry contributed to his success. DeMartino serves on the board of trustees for the Eastern Connecticut Health Network Community HealthCare Foundation, Inc., and Visiting Nurse & Health Services of CT, Inc. He resides in South Windsor, Connecticut (east of Hartford) with his wife, Debby, and their four children (Lauren, Johnny, David and Anthony).

David E. Goodwin, Jr. David Goodwin brings 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry to his role as CEO of ATC. He oversees all aspects of the business, bringing an unmatched commitment to integrity, service and detail into every client and carrier relationship. Goodwin developed industry expertise and formed relationships that helped build ATC’s expansive network of 50+ service providers during his 10-year tenure at Cable & Wireless where he was distinguished by his ability to successfully grow and service the business.
